Meet the Director
Jacqueline Carson is the founder of Radiant Wellbeing Ltd, bringing a rare combination of personal insight and professional expertise to corporate wellbeing.
She knows burnout and high-pressure work first-hand, having faced chronic stress that ultimately led to serious illness. She has also led teams in high-stress environments where sickness, turnover, and disengagement were high.
That dual perspective shapes everything she does.
Jacqueline is a master's-educated, registered social worker with 30 years of experience, including leadership at Head of Service level. She is also a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and a trained meditation and yoga teacher, with specialist expertise in conflict resolution, trauma-informed approaches, social dynamics, and systemic practice.
Since qualifying as a clinical hypnotherapist ten years ago, she has worked successfully with hundreds of people to support lasting behavioural change, both in 1:1 and group settings.
Her mission is straightforward: help organisations reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and build high-performing, sustainable teams through practical wellbeing strategies that deliver measurable results.
